Code of Conduct

• I will only access the system with my own user ID and password, which I shall keep secret.
• I will not access other peoples files or copy their work.
• During school and CLC opening hours, I shall only use the computers for school work and homework unless i have paid a £1.00 fee to play games.
• I will not use any floppy disks or CD Roms or USB drives from outside the CLC without first obtaining authorisation from CLC staff.
• I understand that any floppy disks and CD Roms or USB drives will be scanned for viruses.
• The messages I send will be polite and responsible.
• If I am under 18 I will not give my home address or phone number, or arrange to meet someone, unless my parent, teacher or carer has given permission.
• I will report any unpleasent material or messages sent to me. I understand my report would be confidential and it would help to protect other users and myself.
• I understand that the CLC may check my computer files and will monitor internet sites I visit.
• I will not eat and drink in the Studio areas.
• I will treat all other users and staff with the courtesy and respect I expect for myself, and I shall not indulge in any anti-social behaviour.
• I will always wear headphones when playing music or video clips.
• I will help to keep the CLC clean and tidy.
